Green and Blue Networks
​
The green network within the development is at such a large scale that it will require many groundsmen and gardeners to maintain the network allowing the green space to maintain its beauty whilst also ensuring the network is always aesthetically appealing to visitors.

The leisure activities on the blue networks will require many lifeguards and staff to maintain safety.

Offices
​
There is a total of four office buildings with the addition of a couple more offices in the mixed use buildings. These office buildings bring businesses to the site resulting in hundreds of employees working within the development every day. The development is within a investment zone, this further attracts businesses to the development as they will receive tax incentives.

Restaurant, Cafe and Museum
​
There is one dedicated building providing the development with a cafe, There is also a dedicated building providing the development with a restaurant. As well as this, the mixed use buildings will also include additional smaller restaurants and cafe's, this creating many different types of jobs such as work for chef's, manager roles and waiters. This provides different types of work with full time, part time and seasonal job roles. The museum also provides jobs of a different nature, these include security, exhibition designer, archivist and heritage manager.
