Meanwhile Uses

Heritage Buildings

Areas for phase two and three will have many 'Meanwhile Uses' such as providing the public with information surrounding the development. Images of the end development result and what this will look like will be projected onto the outside of the heritage buildings. This will allow visitors to see the information and also anyone passing the site as these buildings are located at the entrance of the development.

Markets & Events

Within the areas of phase two and three there will be dedicated sites located where the green networks will be for markets and events. Outdoor concerts can be held and several markets such as Christmas markets can be located here. This provides the area with a 'Meanwhile Use' and increase the footfall through the development. This footfall will increase the publics knowledge surrounding the development as more people will be able to read the information boards throughout the area.
